(simple install; creates program group and puts a shortcut to StrokesPlus and Help page in the Startup folder)

Change Log:
- Added 64-bit version of StrokesPlus
- Fixed grouping issue in Preferences for Stroke Button. Left, Right, and Middle were in a separate radio group than X1 and X2 (I added X1 and X2 later on)
