I want to assign a hotkey to toggle Training Mode, but I could not find the command to do so. What is the command?

I don't think there's a built-in function for it. But you can directly send the message the tray icon menu does when you click that item:

acPostMessage(acFindWindow("STROKESPLUS"), 273, 133, 0)
