Above the Lua script box, there could be a few buttons, like "add hotkey", that automatically add the appropriate line to the script. That would make it easier to quickly add the most common actions. Currently I have to do it by copy-pasting the Sendkey (or what was it) command many times. Or I could create an Autohotkey script to add such buttons to the interface myself, that would be easy with AHK. Oh, and the "add hotkey" button could have a tooltip saying "+ = shift, @ = alt, ^ = control".
This isn't exactly a hard-core feature, and it probably won't be interesting for people who already have all their gestures programmed, but it would make it easier for newcomers to pick up the program, instead of having to go to the website first in order to look up the commands (I imagine being unable to do anything without scripting might be daunting for some). |
