An experimental feature was introduced in 1.7.7 called Fire Recognition on Mouse Wheel Scroll. This allows for the firing of actions when the mouse wheel ticks while holding the Stroke button.
However, since the Stroke button is being held, it cannot be used in an action. Meaning, if you had Control set as your Stroke button, you couldn't have a wheel tick action send the Control key to an application because it's already being held down. S+ would either consume the event, or it would cause erratic behavior. Same applies if your Stroke button is the right mouse button; you cannot send a Right mouse click while you're holding the right mouse button down.
Again, this only applies to the experimental feature being enabled; otherwise the actions fire after all buttons are released and S+ isn't in the way. |
