After looking into this, I think it may create more annoyances (as well as overhead on every gesture) than simply specifying the apps to ignore. Multiple monitor configurations also complicate matters. I will be adding multiple monitor functions as well as the necessary Win32 functions to detect the window placement, etc...so can be something written in script if desired.
