When I select one file,I want to get the full file path.
Can it realize?

What do you mean when you say "select one file"? As in select it in Explorer? Select a shortcut? How do you want the path delivered/stored?

Maybe you could provide an example scenario which will make it easier to visualize your objective.

The Windows Defender(a simple MSE) is built-in in the Win8.But it lacks of a Context Menu to scan files.
But I can use "mpcmdrun.exe -scan -3 -D:\test -disableremediation" to scan it quickly.
So I need to get the full file path when I select a folder or file in the Explorer.

I see what you are looking for. Unfortunately, there's no easy way to do that within S+.

However, it's very easy to create a registry entry which will do what you are looking for.
