Notes: The unsigned installers create a shortcut in Startup; the signed versions do not since the user needs to take some sort of action, be it running manually as administrator or by specifying a custom config path (since it must be run from a protected folder). Signed installers also attempt to install the certificate; while I've tested on my machine and a clean Win8 VM, I can't be certain this will always work. StrokesPlus.cer will be installed in the destination folder, in case you need to manually import (to Trusted Root Certification Authories).
All installers will NOT overwrite StrokesPlus.xml, StrokesPlus.lua, or ActionHelp.xml (since some may have a translated version). So if you just want to update to the latest version, you can run the setup and not worry about losing anything.
The ZIP downloads contain both signed and unsigned versions as well as the certificate for manual installation.
Change Log: - S+ Settings windows now supports Control+Tab and Control+Shift+Tab to change between tabs when S+ is enabled (was easiest to just add to the keyboard hook) - Fixed tabbing support and order within Settings tabs - May have corrected the random gesture thumbnail disappearing issue (with my luck, probably not) |

It has been a while since I updated S+ so I justed realized you did something to address S+ with Windows 8. Nice.
The thing with config file puzzle me though. I believe MS recommandation is while the execuable and libary should be in Program Files, the config files should be in user folder. Is there a reason why you choose not to follow this practice? Secondly, for legacy programs that try to write in Program Files subdirectory (i.e. its own folder), I think Vista and after will redirect that to C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\ automatically. I wonder why this doesn't happen with S+? |

It's on the todo list. When I update the new default gestures (for new users), I'm going to address that as well. I also want S+ to remain easy to run as portable, so just a matter of working through the logic/scenarios to make sure it behaves as expected in all situations.
Nothing at all complicated, I just haven't done anything about it yet
