Hmm, I never run with multiple instances. I just tried and things are kinds of messed up.
At this point, I'd have to say it's not supported nor recommended. A lot of things have changed since I added that option (to suppress the warning message) and posted about the details and it doesn't seem like it's something which runs okay anymore.
I'll look into it, but it may take me a while to figure out the problem.
