I need a code wich scroll up to a browser page.
I mean, I am at the botton of the page and I need to go to the top of it.
Can you help me?

That's just standard Windows hot keys, CTRL+HOME

acSendKeys("^{HOME}")

Although the actions that begin with ac (like acSendKeys) are internal functions which S+ exposes to the Lua engine.
