I'm looking for a way to activate a window (Audacity) from the desktop.
This is the code for a desktop gesture and it works fine.

x = acFindWindowByTitleRegex("Audacity") -- get hwndTarget number
acActivateWindow(x, nil, nil, 0)

The problem is that when a song is loaded into Audacity, the window title changes to that of the song title. Audacity is not in the title at all. Is there another way to get the hwndTarget number? Thanks

After a little more digging I found I can use acGetProcessIDFromPattern.

Thanks for a great program!
