One guy from other forum's thread, that is specially dedicated to StrokesPlus where we discussing about this wonderful program in Russian, reporting about specific problem have found in Windows 10 x64. When StrokesPlus is running (autostarts with the OS, with elevated/admin rights) via taskschd.msc(Standard Windows Scheduler), StrokesPlus preventing to work the standard Windows function "Shortcut keys" (i mean standard shortcuts e.g. on Windows desktop where a user can set a hotkey in shorcut's properties).

Can you confirm or deny? Fix this the issue?

p.s. Windows 10 64bit 1607.14.393.576, StrokesPlus

Interesting... I've had S+ conflict with other "hotkey" software (i.e. AutoHotKey). It almost always ends up being that both are trying to define the same hotkey(shortcut).

Is he trying to use a shortcut key that is already defined in S+? If so, redefine one or the other and see what happens.
