Added in 2.8.4.4:
acGetDrawColor() --returns hex string of current stroke color (e.g. "#38A9FF")
acSetDrawColor(colorstring) --sets new stroke draw color (e.g. acSetDrawColor("#38A9FF")
Note that this stores the color in the settings, so it will be saved.
