Hi everybody, this is really a wonderful software!!
I would like to have the possibility of creating a gesture for going up one level in a generic folder of Windows 10.
Here there is an example: let's say I have on my monitor a folder, in a certain position (C:\Data\Storage): I would like a gesture for displaying in this window the content of C:\Data.
That is a mere example: I need (if possible) ONE gesture for "going up 1 level", no matter the current position of the window.
Thanks. |

hi AlexBe :)
My setup is that when I'm on Explorer window and gesture is "left", then press "Alt+Up". That is shortcut for going one level above.
Global: Gesture left: acSendKeys("{BROWSERBACK}") Gesture right: acSendKeys("{BROWSERFORWARD}")
Desktop (added App in Actions) ... OwnerclassName: CabinetWClass, ... ParentClassName: CabinetWClass, ... ControlClassName: DirectUIHWND, ... FileName: explorer.exe Gestupre up: acSendKeys("%{UP}") |

Hi SonGussj4, thank you for your kind reply, unfortunately I am a total beginner with this software, therefore I would need some more information on how to proceed (I did not understand you explanation, my fault of course, and why there is a "BROWSER..." instruction, which I do not need).
So, if you could write me exactly what I have to put in the "Lua Script" space, it would be clearer to me.
Sorry, please forgive me, and thanks again. |

No a problem :) Here you go
https://imgur.com/a/fyOgdAs
1) Add App - named it how do you want (eg Deskop) 2) Picture on the bottom - OwnerClassName, ParentclassName, ... fill them 3) Add new Action (next to "Add App"), named it as you want (eg Up) 4) Choose gesture or draw a custom one 5) Write this 6) Save by "OK" 7) On some deep folder, try gesture Up, should be one folder upper.

Thanks again SonGokussj4, the image helped me a lot (I already said it, I know a very little about PC, and this software is.... too powerful to me! ;-)
I followed your instruction (very detailed as I asked, thanks), and tried... it works flawlessly!! |
