Is it possible to install strokes plus on windows 10 for all users?

Or do I have to install it every time for each user?

If I have to do multiple installs, is there a way to share the config among them?

You can use the custom config file parameter detailed here:
https://www.strokesplus.com/forum/topic/347/

That tells S+ where to load the config file from, so they could all use the same one, obviously make sure that file is located somewhere that all users would have access to the file.

Then you should be able to put a shortcut, with the command line parameter added, into the All Users startup folder. Which should be C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp based on this article
