Do it is possible to fire acDisable via a external SendMessage?
SendMessage("c=STROKESPLUS", 0x0111, 0x1007A, 0)
but it only toggle it and i would only disable.
I know about keystroke.
In general, do it is not possible to send a LUA command via SendMessage?

You could try sending a WM_COMMAND (0x0111) / 0x007A message, that is what the Disable tray menu item posts when you click it.

Oh I see, no it would only toggle.

There's no way to send a message to execute a script.

I know you're using the original StrokesPlus, but your post did inspire me to add that functionality to the new StrokesPlus.net via sending a WM_COPYDATA message.
