When you click Browse... to select a No Match Sound (WAV) file, Windows loads into S+ various shell libraries which cannot be released by S+. This causes S+ RAM usage to jump a few hundred kilobytes and there's no way around it from what I've read.
So if it bothers you, just close and restart StrokesPlus after you're satisfied with the sound file you've selected; it will only happen after clicking Browse...
