If we set the options mouse scroll relay enable, in other program, we can't using Ctrl + Scroll. For example, we can't zoom in/out by Ctrl + Scroll in Excel. |

I cannot reproduce this behavior. I just Ctrl+Scrolled to zoom in/out in Word and Excel with no issues (I always have Mouse Wheel Relay enabled). |

I sent the Strokesplus.xml to you, so you might re-produce it. |

Should be fixed in 1.7.9. The reason I couldn't reproduce was due to my having Control set as Ignore key. When the ignore key is pressed, S+ immediately forwards the mouse message (which means the mouse relay wouldn't work as expected during this state, but I feel ignore should mean fully ignore and bypass S+).
So, when I held the control key in Excel and zoomed in/out, the FULL message was being sent to Excel, but with your config, you have no ignore key, so S+ was only sending the wheel delta in the WM_MOUSEWHEEL message with no keystate; so Excel didn't think the control key was being held down. |
