Added experimental feature Capture Modifiers on Stroke Button Down. This tells S+ to also capture modifiers at the moment the Stroke button is pressed.
Note that S+ is only recognizing the modifiers, NOT consuming them. So whatever modifier is being held down will still be recognized by other applications. For example, if you're holding the left mouse button down then press the Stroke button, the left button down even was already sent to the window under the mouse and will do what it would normally do if you hadn't pressed the Stroke button.
If the modifier is pressed AFTER the Stroke button, it will be consumed.
