Look elsewhere for web hosting. While most of the time it's been OK, I've had some really big issues and they don't seem to address root causes; just do anything to make it work again, even if it means losing some data(!).
Also, I lost some of the most recent members who signed up (starting 5/1/2012), so if you signed up, you'll need to do so again. Although, when they blew out my config, the forum was requiring registration just to view anything, which is probably why some of you registered.
