StrokesPlus registers a global hotkey to exit the program: CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+WIN+End

Not seem to work here.
Is there a message or a copydata or a command line to close S+ from other application?

You can always post a WM_CLOSE message to S+.

Or a WM_COMMAND message with the ID of the Exit tray menu item:

PostMessage({S+ window handle}, 0x0111, 0x00010078, 0)

Make a hot key which does work for you within S+ that calls acExit().
