Add an option where StrokesPlus will automatically disable while a full screen program has focus.

After looking into this, I think it may create more annoyances (as well as overhead on every gesture) than simply specifying the apps to ignore. Multiple monitor configurations also complicate matters. I will be adding multiple monitor functions as well as the necessary Win32 functions to detect the window placement, etc...so can be something written in script if desired.

After adding the Disable S+ if this window is activated option in the Ignored list, I consider that sufficient.
