Can you provide a more detailed description of the steps to take to reproduce the issue? |

There are Global Actions,Chrome and Desktop in the app list.If I delete Chrome and Desktop, then press ok,the error will raise. |

What is the error message? I am unable to reproduce so far. However, I do encounter a situation where clicking OK doesn't do anything unless an app or action is selected...which I will look into separately.
Also, do you have actions under Global? What do you have selected in the tree list when you click OK? |

I have actions under the Global.I have tested again, when there's only Global in the app list,if i choose any actions under Global it runs well. But if I don't choose any,the error will raises after pressing ok button. The error is raised by windows which is the application runs error. It says S+ has stoped working. |

Try the files in this patch. While I wasn't getting an error, there was an issue with the save routines; now they check to see if an item is selected before trying to save the node (which it can't do if a node isn't selected).
I'm hoping this will fix the issue.

Moving this to closed as I believe it should fix it...even if not, release 2.3.9 needed to go out as it was a confirmed issue and fix on my system for the same scenario. I'm guessing 32-bit Windows is handling the pointers or something less gracefully than 64-bit (which is what I run), so I wasn't crashing.
(I'm about to go to sleep and don't like leaving an open bug on the forum ) |
