i would a gesture for a "thunderbird.exe" app that "Composizione di:" not match start title.
I tryed
[^Composizione di:.+]
but not work.

So you want to create an app (in S+) for thunderbird.exe but only when the title begins with "Composizione di:"? Or only when the title is NOT "Composizione di:"?

Try this:

^(?!Composizione di:).*$

This seemed to work for me:
