Change Log: - New setup files and signed/unsigned versions to better support Windows 8
Note: None of the installers create a shortcut in Startup. I'll get around to that, I just need to push this release and take a break for a bit.
If you have any problems with this release, let me know. But it's not really adding a whole lot, only for those who run Windows 8 with UAC enabled and want to be able to interact with certain Windows 8 screens, like the Start screen, task switcher, etc.
The portable ZIPs include StrokesPlus.cer (certificate) so you can import to Trusted Root Certification Authorities yourself if you wish to use on Windows 8 with UAC enabled and interact with Windows 8 screens. Note that if you do this, S+ must be run from a protected folder, pretty much somewhere under Program Files or Windows. |

Note that the signed setup files installs the certificate. |

Also note that if you install the signed version and leave it as installed under Program Files (to take advantage of the Windows 8 interoperability), remember that you will need to either run S+ as administrator (to be able to save under the Program Files folder) or start S+ with a command line to direct it to use a StrokesPlus.xml (settings file) somewhere other than Program Files, where you have read/write access.
