I never had problems with s+.
But since I installed the latest beta, sometimes suddenly s+ disappears and i remain without gesture.
Today happened to me 3 times. |

Do you have the Synaptics feature enabled?
Also, is StrokesPlus.exe even running anymore when this happens? Or do you have to run S+ again.
Are you running 32 or 64-bit? Signed or unsigned?
Is there anything else you can provide which may provide useful in determining the cause? |

| The next time it happens, open the Windows Event Viewer and see if there's app crash entry. If there is, post whatever details are there. |

I have Synaptics touchpad in my nb.
I have installed driver but i not use and i have stopped it, SynTP, to not interfere with mouse. In short, it is as if there were no.
I have checked "Disable integration" in S+.
It takes a lot of patience because the problem from happening again, because it is random and very rare.
I usually I disable EventLog, and so I have no previous log. Now I enabled it on purpose. |

Has anyone else experienced this issue?
I'll definitely keep this open, but am curious if others have had it happen as well.
plunt: If you exit S+ and open StrokesPlus.xml, is "<DisableSynaptics>0</DisableSynaptics>" (the zero) there?
Just want to make sure that S+ is saving the setting properly in your config. |

I have:
<DisableSynaptics>1</DisableSynaptics>
I think because I disabled it.
I start with S + autoit3 script run()
The problem can not be resubmitted, maybe because I used less of the computer or perhaps because originated by external factors. |

Ok, 1 means S+ is saving it properly.
No worries, I'll keep this open, just let me know when it happens again or if you find anything out to reproduce. |

Finally happened to me again :)
But I can not find any message in Windows Event Viewer.
I got the impression that it happened when I had two gesture "/Up" fast and short time.
StrokesPlus.exe disappear from taskmanager, icon remain in systray until we step on it. |

Ok, that's a good start. Keep trying to do the same gesture fast and see if you can make it happen again.
If so, post the scripts here and show me what preferences you have selected. Also, let me know if you have any of the functions defined in Global Lua:
sp_before_action
sp_after_action
sp_after_release
If the Lua state gets messed up or another script tries to run in the same Lua state context, it could certainly cause something like that to occur. |

I have deselected all option in advanced.
I have empty:
function sp_before_action(gnm, gsx, gsy, gex, gey, gwd, gapp, gact)
end
If I repeat double gesture not crash. Maybe it happens when the CPU is under stress.

It is difficult to solve to without reproducibility

| Yea, I guess let me know if you find any pattern at all. When I get some free time, I'll try to put together a debug build that writes out to a log file, to attempt to identify where it's happening. |
