After installing StrokesPlus, ObjectDock http://www.stardock.com/products/objectdock shows a weird shadow kind of background on mousingover the dock. Please fix this. I want to use both the programs.

Aaah! It got resolved, when I did what you suggested here:

Will this affect the way StrokesPlus works. If not, why are they enabled by default?

They improve performance on systems with low power GPUs and generally don't cause problems, so I've left them on.
