S+ registers hotkeys with Windows, which means they're always global and cannot be app-specific. A specific hotkey combination can only be registered once. So, in order for this to work, S+ would have to, upon receiving the hotkey message, determine the foreground window and fire the appropriate code script.
It's certainly possible, but is a major change to not only the code base, but also the UI and will be low priority; likely only added upon a rewrite. I'll leave the request open.
