Is there anybody having the same issue:

When strokesplus is enabled mouse/aim goes crazy when I right click in games.

Is there a simple fix for this problem?

You should add an ignored entry for the game and set it to disable S+ when the game becomes active.

S+ hooks all mouse events, which doesn't often play well with games that rely on direct and immediate response.

I've tried that and it works, but is there a way it will be automatically enabled again when the game stops running?

Not currently, it's a somewhat complicated issue which I've posted about somewhere here in the forum. Something I'll keep in mind for the future.
