sp_wheel_tick work but if I try to use:
function sp_middle_mouse_down(x, y, fwKeys)
acMessageBox("alx 0", x, nil)
end
not work.
What am I missing?
X1 and X2 are extra buttons to left, right and mid buttons?

As per the latest change log notes, the click functions were changed to execute on mouse up (note the different function name from what it was previously).

function sp_middle_mouse_up(x, y, fwKeys)
acMessageBox("alx 0", x, nil)
end

Yes, X1 and X2 are usually buttons where your thumb rests, like in the buttons shown on this mouse.
