Hi Rob
I want a script for copy. When I copy it play a Beep sound also for notification.

acSendKeys("{BEEP 1000 100}")

It works for me.

I find in Help:
{BEEP X Y} - Beeps with a frequency of X and a duration of Y ms.

It just sends the standard beep signal to Windows, so you cannot control it...at least not through S+.

Your best bet is probably to use acPlaySound instead:

Hi again.
I put my wave file in: C:\Users\bm1.wav
and create this:
acSendKeys("^c")
acPlaySound(bm1.wav)
   Parameters:
     bm1.wav: C:\\Users\\bm1.wav
   Returns: 1
   Comments: Plays a sound.


but not works...

You have to pass in the full path as a string to acPlaySound

acPlaySound("C:\\Users\\bm1.wav")

I tried the BEEP command for another application and then to test for copy command too.
nothing beeped. is the BEEP from Motherboard speaker?
yes it beeps during startup (so its fine)
Can you explain frequency parameter, what does it mean here?
