Is there a way to run a function after every action?

I add following code in Global Lua,but it does not work at all

function sp_after_action(gnm, gsx, gsy, gex, gey, gwd, gapp, gact)
acMessageBox("after","Clipboard",nil)
end

I checked the Allow After Action Script*.

It works!
