Long press Ctrl could disable S+ since I updated my win8.1. Esc can return to normal. I cann't find the reason.Please help me.

At this point you can uninstall the updates mentioned in here: http://hothardware.com/News/Windows-81-Update-Crippling-PCs-With-BSOD-Microsoft-Suggests-You-Roll-Back or set Ignore Key to None.
