Mouse Wheel Capture and Handling

This script is intended to work with the Allow Mouse Wheel Tick Script* option enabled. Add this function to you Global Lua tab to control exactly what happens when you scroll your mouse wheel.

The script below will scroll through Chrome tabs if the mouse is in the top area of Chrome, and jump to the top or bottom of the page if you scroll the wheel along the right edge of the Chrome window.
